Product Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing our products! All products in our store come with a 3-year warranty (excluding light bulbs). Under normal use and proper maintenance, the product itself is free from design, raw material and production process defects. Please keep your purchase certificate properly for future warranty claims.

Warranty Scope and After-Sales Process

If the product malfunctions during the warranty period, please contact customer service in a timely manner, clearly describe the fault, and attach corresponding pictures and video evidence of the product problem. We will respond within 12 hours to verify the problem and formulate a corresponding solution for you:

  1. If it is a component failure problem, we will send the faulty replacement parts by express mail free of charge;
  2. If it is a product circuit-related failure, the engineer will troubleshoot and solve it for you within 1-2 working days;
  3. If it is a contact failure and other problems caused by installation, the technical personnel will provide you with professional guidance in a timely manner.

The productmust be installed by a professional electrician/professional lighting personnel to ensure the product’s use effect and safety, and avoid faults caused by improper installation.

Important Notes

  1. After-sales service only replaces faulty parts, not the entire new product. If other intact parts of the lamp, such as crystals and screws, are not damaged, only the corresponding faulty parts will be sent; please keep the lamp properly while waiting for the parts.
  2. You can expect to receive the free replacement parts sent by us within 9-10 working days.

Exclusion and Disclaimer Clauses

This warranty service does not cover the following situations:

  1. Differences in natural materials, including color or texture differences;
  2. Minor defects in handcrafted products;
  3. Surface scratches and damage caused by improper manual handling;
  4. Product fading and material aging/deterioration caused by outdoor use;
  5. Unauthorized modification or customization of product structure;
  6. Illegal installation by non-professionals, daily misuse, and man-made damage;
  7. Product damage caused by natural disasters such as earthquakes and typhoons.

Post-Warranty Service

After the 3-year warranty period of the product expires, we still continue to provide technical support services. If you need to replace parts and subsequent technical services, you need to bear the corresponding part costs and service fees by yourself.
