Shipping & Delivery Details

All orders qualify for free shipping. Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.

Standard Small Items (Under 30 inches): Order Processing Time: 3–7 business days; Shipping Transit Time: 6–12 business days.

Large Items (Package dimensions exceeding 30 inches): Large items are shipped exclusively via sea freight, with a total transit time of 4–6 weeks.

Special Order Notes: For products featuring complex designs or large-scale custom specifications—which involve intricate production processes—the order processing cycle may be extended to 7–15 business days. If your project has a tight deadline, please contact Customer Service to inquire about expedited shipping options; payment of the applicable expedited fee allows for accelerated production and shipping.

All listed shipping and delivery dates are estimates; actual transit times may vary due to factors such as the carrier, shipping method, holidays, etc. Order cutoff times are determined by the standards of the respective shipping carrier.

Order Confirmation & Shipping Notifications

Immediately after successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your items have been dispatched, we will send a second email containing a shipping notification and your logistics tracking number. The tracking number typically becomes active and searchable within 24 hours.

Due to regional tax regulations and logistical constraints, the shipping address cannot be modified once an order has been submitted. Orders that have already been placed or are currently in transit cannot be cancelled or modified. Please carefully verify your shipping information before placing an order to ensure its accuracy.
