Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
We understand that occasionally products you purchased may not match your home decor or usage environment. If you are unsatisfied with the product for any reason, you may return the item to xxlighting.com within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Return Requirements
- The item must remain uninstalled and unused in its original condition.
- Original packaging must be intact and complete.
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days after order delivery.
- All parts and accessories of the product are complete with no missing components.
- The product must be repacked with its original packaging for return.
Return Time Limit
You may initiate a return request within 30 days after receiving your order. Return applications beyond this time frame will not be accepted. After our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will process the full refund to your original payment account.
- Order cancellation within 24 hours: Free full refund is available if you cancel your order within 24 hours after purchase.
- Refund after 24 hours: Service fees and transaction fees will be charged for any refund request submitted 24 hours after order placement.
- We will confirm all shipping details with you before dispatching your order.
- After shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled directly once shipped. You must receive the delivered item first before applying for return and refund.
Defective & Damaged Items
If your product has manufacturing defects or is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.We will send free replacement parts for damaged components. For severely damaged products, we will arrange a complete free replacement.
Order Cancellation Rules
- Custom / Personalized Items: These items are special orders and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.
- Non-custom standard products: Free cancellation is only allowed within 24 hours after order placement. Simply reply to your order confirmation email to complete cancellation.
Return Procedure
- Apply for return: To request a return, please send photos/videos of the product together with your order number to [email protected]. Our customer service will review whether your application meets the return criteria.
- Return instructions: Once your application is approved, we will provide you with the official return address and shipping guidelines.Note: Unauthorized returns will not be processed. We recommend using trackable and signature-required courier services for return shipment. We are not responsible for any lost or missing returned packages in transit.
- Inspection, refund or exchange: After our warehouse receives your returned item, quality inspection will be completed within 5–7 business days, followed by exchange or refund processing.
Shipping Cost Responsibility
- Merchant’s fault returns (wrong item delivered, product quality issues, incorrect shipping address provided by us): We will cover all shipping costs and issue a full refund.
- Customer’s personal reason returns (dislike, unwanted item, wrong order/model, incorrect address provided by customer): The buyer shall bear all round-trip shipping fees, including the initial outbound delivery cost.
Refund Details
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval result. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- If you have not received the refund within 5–7 business days, please check your bank account first, then contact your bank or credit card issuer. Bank processing and settlement may cause delays in fund arrival.
- If the refund is still not reflected after the above checks, please contact us via customer service email.
Additional Order Cancellation Notes
You may contact us for free order cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.Cancellation requests submitted after 24 hours will incur processing fees due to order handling costs.Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification, and shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
